Terms of Sale
Before requesting a quote or submitting a purchase order, customers are encouraged to review the following Terms of Sale.
These terms apply to all sales, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SM Magnetics management. All products are manufactured at affiliated facilities in China and shipped either directly to customers or through our U.S. warehouse facilities.
- The minimum order value for custom magnet orders is $2,500 USD, including orders or POs for out of stock parts.
*This does not include shipping. - Production lead times for custom orders cannot be expedited.
- Custom magnets and assemblies may be subject to a one-time tooling fee.
- Additional engineering or development fees may apply depending on application requirements.
